Ethos Commercial Advisors Arranges $24M for Vancouver Retail Center

Ethos Commercial Advisors has secured bridge financing for Skyview Station, a 77,000-square-foot retail property in north Vancouver, Washington.

Daniel Natsch and Matthew Illias of Ethos Commercial Advisors placed the $24 million, non-recourse bridge loan with a life company. Ethos exclusively represented Vancouver-based Hurley Development on the transaction.

The eight-building complex, completed in early 2024, is anchored by a 13,000-square-foot Trader Joe’s. The property includes other notable tenants such as Chase Bank, Jersey Mike’s, Chipotle, and a range of health clinics.

Located at 13909 NE 10th Ave. in Salmon Creek, the center spans 413,820 square feet. The property is situated off the new 139th Street freeway interchange at the merge of I-5 and I-205. Hurley Development acquired and developed the lightly used industrial site into a commercial and retail project.
