Trader Joe’s To Open New Location in Salmon Creek
Trader Joe’s will open a new store at Skyview Station, a recently completed retail center in Salmon Creek, Washington. Salmon Creek is just six miles north of downtown Vancouver, and the 13,000-square-foot location will be at 14019 N.E. 10th Avenue.
Skyview Station was developed by commercial real estate firm Hurley Development, which is based in Vancouver. Hurley transformed the lightly used industrial site into a commercial and retail destination.
Schmidt Architects, PC in Portland was the architect firm on the project. Parkview Financial financed the construction and Montgomery Street Partners financed the site, reported the Vancouver Business Journal.
The grocery chain will join other tenants at Skyview Station, including Chipotle, iQ Credit Union, Chase Bank and MOD Pizza. Trader Joe’s also operates a nearby store at 305 S.E. Chkalov Drive, as well as several other locations throughout the Portland metro.
