DRA Advisors Sells Chicago-Area Retail Center to Nassimi Realty
Mid-America Real Estate Corporation’s Investment Sales Group recently brokered the sale of Four Flaggs in Niles, Illinois. The 326,084-square-foot property was sold to Nassimi Realty.
Mid-America’s principals, Ben Wineman and Rick Drogosz, were the exclusive brokers in the transaction on behalf of IRC Retail Centers/DRA Advisors. The property was managed by Pine Tree. Completed in 1973, the grocery-anchored shopping center comprises four one-story buildings spread on a 22.5-acre site at 8305 W. Golf Road, within Chicago’s North Shore.
Four Flaggs is anchored by Fresh Farms International Market, a high-performing family-owned operator with four stores in the northern suburbs of Chicago. The center is currently 75 percent occupied with tenants, including Marshalls, PetSmart, Old Navy, JoAnn, Five Below, and Ashley Furniture.
Mid-America also recently brokered the sale of a Chicago retail portfolio comprising 16 street retail buildings totaling over 75,000 square feet in the Lincoln Park and Bucktown neighborhoods.
