Mid-America Brokers Sale of Retail Portfolio in Lincoln Park, Bucktown

Mid-America Real Estate Corporation’s Investment Sales Group recently brokered the sale of the Chicago High-Street Retail Portfolio, comprised of 16 street retail buildings totaling over 75,000 square feet in the city’s Lincoln Park and Bucktown neighborhoods. Mid-America Real Estate Corporation Principals Joe Girardi and Rick Drogosz were the exclusive brokers in the transaction on behalf of the institutional seller.

The Chicago High-Street Retail Portfolio featured a mix of retail, restaurants and health & wellness brands, including Lululemon, Warby Parker, Blue Mercury, Summer House Santa Monica, Ramen-San, Barry’s Bootcamp, One Medical, Little Green Tree House, OVME, Lush Cosmetics, Bond Vet, and more. Mid-America Real Estate is a provider of retail real estate services in the Midwest, with offices in Illinois, Michigan, Minnesota, and Wisconsin.
