Jackson-Shaw and Holualoa Companies opened the dual-branded AC Hotel by Marriott Phoenix North Norterra and Element by Westin Phoenix North Norterra. The four-story, 277-room property is located at 25100 North 22nd Lane, near the northeast corner of West Happy Valley Road and Norterra Parkway. 

Sharing a single address, the four-story dual-branded development features 277 guest rooms designed for both short and extended stays. The AC Hotel offers 182 rooms. The Element includes 95 rooms, designed for longer stays. 

The hotel features 8,000 square feet of meeting space and three suites, along with two spacious communal rooms, ideal for groups. Guests will have access to a fitness center featuring a heated saltwater pool and spa, as well as an outdoor covered pickleball court and the Topgolf Swing Suites.

Simmons Bank provided construction financing; Layton Construction served as the general contractor; Cooper Carry served as the project architect. Crescent Hotels & Resorts manages the property.
