Define Living Planning Houston Central Park Residential Community

Houston-based Define Living acquired a 10.4-acre Central Park parcel from Houston-based Wolff Companies. The site will serve as the location for its second residential community, Define Living: Park Row, situated on Park Row Blvd near I-10 and Central Park West Blvd in Houston’s Energy Corridor.

The mid-rise four-story community, with 388 one- and two-bedroom apartment units ranging from 657 square feet to 1,089 square feet, will feature private patios and a range of price points.

Wellness amenities include daily DEFINE fitness classes, indoor cycling and yoga studios, a fitness center, and a personal wellbeing coach for every resident.

Mucasey & Associates has been selected as the property architect, while Blazer Building will oversee the site’s construction. The project is expected to begin construction in Q4 2025. The on-site clubhouse is expected to be completed by the fourth quarter of 2026, with the residential buildings scheduled to follow suit.
