Connect Media President’s Letter: Celebrating Our Anniversary and Getting Your Feedback

Chicago & Midwest  + Weekender  |

Connect Media is celebrating an important anniversary, our anniversary of publishing daily news. Connect Media began in the fall of 2014 with an idea that getting your real estate news should be easier and faster – stories under 150 words that connect you directly to the source. On May 26, 2015, we launched the newsletter that was the embodiment of that idea: Connect Daily. Since then, our goal has stayed the same, but so much has grown and changed for Connect Media since we launched.

We’ve expanded from our California roots to covering commercial real estate in every state across the United States, with daily newsletters in California, New York, Texas, Chicago and National – reaching 150,000 commercial real estate professionals every day. We’ve expanded our team with all-star reporters and content masters, conference producers, project managers, video team, designers, technology experts and overall dreamers and innovators. The entire Connect Media team is relentless in their pursuit of doing more, doing better, and bringing the best to the industry.

We do an amazing job marketing and communicating for our clients, but don’t always tell our own story as well as we can. The third part of the Connect platform is our marketing solutions division, where the expertise of the Connect Media team is leveraged as an extension of your company and platform. We create content, we market properties, we develop videos and websites, we put together integrated marketing plans across the industry (yes, even with our competitors!).

Now, we start our 4th year of publishing. We want to continue to provide unparalleled, agile service for our clients; leading news coverage, and innovative conferences. We want to keep changing the game, changing the way that you think about news, and the way that you think about connecting.

What else? You tell us. Connect Media is about collaboration with the industry, and we want to know what you love, what you don’t, and what you want to see.

Thank you, from the bottom of our hearts, for your support and engagement, and getting us to this anniversary. We can’t wait for what’s next.
