Connect Puts the CRE in CREative

National  + Weekender  |

Connect Media launched more than five years ago with an extensive background in all things CRE. And, while most know the company for breaking the commercial real estate news and conferences mold, the Los Angeles-based company also applies that same innovative approach to another aspect of the CRE business.

The Connect CREative integrated marketing and communications team brings decades of CRE industry experience that is applied to a wide range of assignments. That includes everything from logos and websites, to brand strategy and videos, for such companies as CBRE, CIM, John Hancock, KBS, NKF, Rockefeller Group and Trammell Crow Company, to name a few.

“Our team of business, marketing, communications, and design experts work closely with top CRE companies to develop comprehensive strategies that create, build, and grow successful brands,” says Ben Johnson, president of Connect Media. “We are playing key roles as developers lease-up new buildings, brokerages launch on Wall Street and CRE investment firms raise capital in new ways.”

The group has produced more than 400 videos for companies seeking to showcase a property, highlight an accomplishment or share their capabilities. It also just debuted its own Connect CREative website here.

Beyond project work, Connect CREative also brings the capabilities to conceive and execute comprehensive marketing communications programs. One such example is it serves as a full-service agency for one of the nation’s largest office owners – delivering a range of services from marketing strategy, messaging, advertising and content that drives investors to make direct online investments.
