Connect CRE Steps Up Its Game in Creative Services and Marketing, Adds Key Team Members

National  + Weekender  |

As Connect CRE continues expanding its capabilities in creative services, marketing and branding, it has also expanded its team of professionals to accommodate this growth. The Glendale, CA-based integrated media company has hired Jeremiah Peapealalo as web & graphic designer, Sammy Elfatrany as creative designer and developer, Sofia Nadji as social media manager and Katie Snyder as senior account executive.

“In the past two years, we have actually doubled the number of clients we work with.” said Daniel Ceniceros, founder, president and CEO of Connect. “Today, thanks to our incredible team, we’re doing more than we ever have before, and we’re adding more team members to provide our clients the level of service we’ve been known for since we launched the company.”

Bringing more than two decades’ experience to Connect, Peapealalo began with Real Capital Markets in early 2001. He and his team created and developed institutional real estate products and procedures, producing thousands of projects for clients that included CBRE, JLL and Cushman & Wakefield, among many others.

Peapealalo and his staff created the “flash teaser” in 2001 that took the institutional real estate industry by storm, providing a new way to market properties to potential buyers.

Snyder has more than ten years of publicity experience developing and implementing dynamic executive visibility programs and media campaigns for start-ups and big businesses alike. She’s noted for her ability to distill down the complexities of a client’s offering and convey it in ways that are both comprehensible and compelling — creating messages that resonate with all stakeholders.

Whether it’s content placement, news interviews, feature stories, thought leadership, company announcements, new partnerships, program launches or more, Snyder thrives on generating the best media results, finding inspiration in creative strategy and the unique potential within every client.

Nadji is responsible for managing Connect CRE clients’ social media platforms as well as the Connect CRE social platforms. She also works as the public relations coordinator – writing press releases and helping to coordinate media opportunities for clients.

Prior to joining Connect CRE, she gained experience working in hospitality public relations at a boutique PR agency as well as working in entertainment PR at DreamWorks Animation. Nadji graduated in 2019 with a degree in communications and has held a variety of communication-based roles in prior jobs and internships.

Elfatrany brings more than a decade of experience in web development and branding for the legal industry, as well as corporations, nonprofits, and NGOs across the globe. As an owner of a boutique design agency, he has had the opportunity to work in many industries, applying brand principles across a range of print and digital platforms.

A former board member of Voices of African Mothers, associated with the United Nations, and a proponent of teaching design and marketing skills to children, Elfatrany believes that brands, like people, thrive when they communicate effectively. At Connect CRE, he takes pride in working passionately with a team that integrates a solid understanding of a company processes, foundational storytelling, and design strategy to build upon the various formats we serve in marketing.

“We are working with clients on high stakes and high visibility projects located across the country and throughout the globe. I would believe this would put us as the largest full-service commercial real estate agency with more than 250 clients and 30 team members in 15 cities,” Ceniceros added.
