Colliers Expands Presence in Kentucky, Acquires Louisville-Based PRG Commercial Property Advisors

Colliers | U.S. announced the expansion of its brokerage services in Kentucky through the addition of Louisville-based PRG Commercial Property Advisors.

Founded in 2004 by Fred Sutterlin, PRG Commercial Property Advisors is a full-service commercial and investment real estate firm serving the Louisville community. The firm consists of 13 professionals, including principals Reed Weinberg and Taylor M. Thompson. Thompson has been appointed Brokerage Market Leader, overseeing Colliers’ Louisville brokerage operations, including recruitment, retention, and business development.

PRG’s team of professionals will join existing Colliers Louisville professionals Shannon Huffer, Vice President, and Nancy Dupps, Associate Vice President, CCIM, SIOR, to form the Colliers Louisville office. The Colliers Louisville office, located at 1757 Frankfort Avenue, will support a full range of brokerage services.
