Cedar Park Developer to build 35,000 sq ft retail center

Cedar Park to Be Home for New Mixed-Use Development

Fruition Developments will begin construction on The Shoppes at Bell Boulevard, located at 1804 N. Bell Blvd., Cedar Park, in late spring 2023. Construction of the 34,200-square-foot mixed-use development—which will include retail, office and restaurant space—will cost $15 million. The development will feature rooftop restaurants, outdoor seating facilities, two elevators and charging stations for electric vehicles.

Fruition Developments owner Mohan Marchetty said the rooftop area will be good for parties and events, and it will be a relaxing spot for families, “We wanted to create a place where people can spend their weekends and spend their evenings,”.

The Shoppes at Bell Boulevard will be near a future 117-acre development anchored by NFM, formerly known as Nebraska Furniture Mart. Land acquisition for the site of the development is complete. Construction on The Shoppes at Bell Boulevard is anticipated to be finished in 2024.
