CBRE Arranges Sale of Four-Story Retail Building in Downtown Seattle

CBRE facilitated the $8 million sale of 601 Pine St. in downtown Seattle. CBRE’s Dino Christophilis and Daniel Tibeau represented the seller, L&B Realty Advisors, LLP.

“L&B Realty Advisors has been proud to steward this asset on behalf of our client for more than two decades,” said Stacie Crown, L&B’s Managing Partner. “We’re pleased to transition 601 Pine to new ownership, poised to continue its legacy in downtown Seattle.”

The 67,578 square foot building is situated on 0.35 acres of land, just a block away from Westlake Center, and in the core of Seattle’s Central Business District. “The buyer plans to extensively renovate the building in preparation for new retailers.,” added Christophilis. “We are excited to watch the progress at the property level and believe 601 Pine’s leasing momentum could be the catalyst for attracting other national retailers to downtown Seattle.”
