Argo Group Signs New Office Lease at Marshall Field’s Building
Argo Group, a specialty insurance provider, has signed a new long-term lease in Chicago at 24 E. Washington Street, the former Marshall Field and Company building in the Loop. Recently restored and transformed by Brookfield Properties, 24 E. Washington is a National Historic Landmark
Argo will occupy approximately 20,500 square feet on the 9th floor of the seven-story, 636,000-square-foot newly transformed office building. Argo was represented by Jeff Miller and Corey Siegrist of JLL. Jack O’Brien and JD Parcheta of The Telos Group represented Brookfield Properties.
Argo plans to begin operating out of the new location in early 2024. “The building’s strong momentum is a testament to both Brookfield’s unique ability to offer premier office experiences and top-tier companies recognizing the pivotal role a modern, dynamic office plays in empowering their workforce, ” said Matt Whitty, senior vice president of leasing at Brookfield.
