AI Marketing Platform Bluefish Establishes First Permanent Headquarters

Bluefish has established its first permanent headquarters at 315 Park Ave. South, Columbia Property Trust’s Midtown South office building. An AI marketing platform for Fortune 500 companies, Bluefish leased 17,050 square feet of prebuilt space across the entire eighth floor. 315 Park South is now 90% leased.

“As evidenced by this commitment from Bluefish, 315 Park Ave. South has firmly established itself as a leading destination for cutting-edge firms,” said Columbia’s head of real estate, Ted Koltis. “With an ecosystem of technology and creative brands and a lineup of premier retailers at street level, we’ve cultivated a collaborative and dynamic environment where innovative companies can thrive.”

The landlord was represented in-house by Koltis and Maria Blake, along with a Newmark team of Peter Shimkin, Jonathan Fanuzzi and David Falk. Bluefish was represented by JLL’s Jamie Katcher and Sebastian Infante. Columbia recently completed a refresh of the tower’s lobby.
