45K-SF Wellness Destination Slated to Open in Seattle’s Denny Triangle

Sanctuary, a Puget Sound performance, recovery and social club, announced plans to open a new Seattle location in Spring 2027 in the Metropolitan Park North building at 1827 Yale Ave in Seattle’s Denny Triangle neighborhood.

Sanctuary represents an approximately $8 million investment and will offer fitness and recovery services. The project team includes NAGELSport as the architecture firm and Avara Construction serving as the general contractor. Hughes Marino is overseeing leasing for the property owner, Hudson Pacific.

In addition to wellness amenities, including a mineral pool, Himalayan salt sauna, eucalyptus steam room, Jacuzzi, lap pool, cold showers and relaxation areas, Sanctuary will feature a beverage bar, dedicated coworking lounges and social spaces.

“We created Sanctuary to provide a complete wellness system that strengthens both the mind and body—giving members an environment that supports not only how they train, but how they live,” said Glen Swain, Sanctuary founder.
