$2M for Hunts Point Commercial Building

An investor paid $2.2 million for a commercial building at 418 Bryant Ave. in the Hunts Point neighborhood of the Bronx.

“The seller lives on the West Coast, and this warehouse was the last NYC property in his portfolio. In the end, we sold it to an established local landlord,” said Adam Waters, an investment sales associate with EPIC Commercial Realty, which represented both the buyer and seller in the transaction.

The one-story building is fully-occupied with a triple-net lease in place. It is set on a 12,500-square-foot site, with total air rights of 25,000 square feet.
