Newmark’s Debt & Structured Finance Group Vice Chairman Matt Williams brings more than 22 years of experience and over $19 billion in financing transactions to the multifamily capital markets space. Based in Tampa, he oversees the debt origination platform for Florida and is responsible for debt and equity placements predominantly in the Southeast region.
Williams has been a consistent member of the Chairman’s Circle, an honor which recognizes the top 100 brokers within Newmark and has been recognized as a Newmark Top Producer. He has a broad range of experience, both in the multifamily sector and in other areas of commercial real estate.
