Brett Paulsrud is Co-Office Head for JLL Boston Capital Markets Group. In this role, Paulsrud is responsible for originating and executing capital markets transactions. He also has oversight of the Boston office’s day-to-day operations.
During 2022, Paulsrud closed 26 transactions for both local and institutional clients, ranging in size from $5 million to $250 million. Transaction profiles included land financing, permanent, construction and bridge debt, and equity placement across all product types on behalf of local, regional and institutional borrowers.
Notable transaction included closing on large life-science construction loans in the Massachusetts cities of Somerville and Cambridge and in Boston Seaport. Many closed during Q4, despite market uncertainty and volatility.
