Badolato and Comly spearheaded several $100-million apartment portfolio transactions in which they assisted long-time clients to grow their holdings geographically throughout the country.

The team also handled multiple GSE credit facilities, customized to provide flexibility and enhanced terms to best solve for their client’s specific business plans. Locally, the team structured a $112-million multi-lender construction financing of a landmark apartment tower in Center City Philadelphia.

Badolato and Comly also provided positive change on operations including significant time commitments to initiatives on technology, streamlining processes, cross-platform synergies and employee empowerment.

These are some of the reasons we selected Badolato and Comly for inclusion in the Connect CRE Top Mortgage Brokers and Lenders Awards. These awards recognize industry professionals who have demonstrated the highest standards in commercial real estate finance.
