Newmark’s Charlotte, NC Capital Markets team, led by Josh Davis and Chris Caison, successfully navigated the 2021 lending environment by working with 28 different lenders on various lending solutions.  

Notable highlights included providing debt on more than 25 multifamily acquisitions in the Carolinas and other Sunbelt markets representing more than $2 billion in sales volume; multiple large cash-out refinances of newly constructed assets in Durham, Charlotte and Wilmington, NC; and placing more than $150 million in financing on new construction projects in Charlotte and a mid-rise multifamily community in Downtown Raleigh’s burgeoning warehouse district.
