Brett H. Todd has been a partner in the Norton Rose Fulbright Dallas office since 2002. Todd has substantial experience representing sponsors and investors in complex partnership, limited liability company and joint venture transactions including all stages from formation to dissolution (with a special focus in the last few years on restructurings).
Todd also has represented both borrowers and lenders in all types of financing transactions including senior secured and unsecured lending transactions, mezzanine and bridge financings, leveraged acquisition financings, real estate and energy joint venture financings, cashflow and asset-based lending, loan restructurings and workouts, and debtor-in-possession financings.
Taken together with his extensive experience in mergers and acquisition transactions, Todd brings a “360 degree” approach to any complex business transaction.
These are some of the reasons that we named Todd to our Texas grouping of Lawyers in Real Estate. These are real estate attorneys who have distinguished themselves in both their practice and the larger community.
