Abby Johnson is executive director of the Virginia PACE Authority (VPA). A 14-year C-PACE veteran, Johnson helped build Virginia’s C-PACE program from the ground up, advancing state legislation, developing standardized loan documents and establishing program guidelines that encourage participation by lenders, property owners and local governments.
