Ellen Klasson Helps Establish RCLCO’s Executive Search Business
Ellen Klasson, managing director in RCLCO’s Management Consulting practice, works with private, public and family-owned real estate firms to identify and recruit senior leaders for investments, capital markets, development, finance, asset management and operations positions.
She helped establish the firm’s executive search business after her return in 2022, expanding it into an integrated Talent Advisory platform that combines executive search, compensation consulting, organizational strategy and succession planning for real estate companies.
Klasson also led RCLCO’s acquisition of a compensation consulting business.
Before returning to RCLCO, she worked at Terra Search Partners, CohnReznick and Central Atlanta Progress and led leadership initiatives for the Urban Land Institute (ULI). Klasson continues to volunteer for ULI’s UrbanPlan program, is vice chair of ULI’s Urban Revitalization Council and serves on the National Multifamily Housing Council’s Talent Acquisition Group. She was also chair of the ULI’s Women’s Leadership Initiative
