Mariangela Maloney Oversees 400,000 SF of Healthcare Real Estate for Anchor Health Properties
Anchor Health Properties’ Mariangela Maloney manages nearly 400,000 square feet of medical outpatient space in the Philadelphia area.
Her responsibilities include coordinating with healthcare providers, engineers, vendors and internal teams to maintain reliable, well-managed medical facilities.
Maloney oversaw nearly $1 million in capital improvements at Fern Hill Medical Campus in West Chester, PA. The project included interior and exterior renovations, elevator and mechanical upgrades, roof coating, fire alarm and paving improvements, and updated signage and digital directories.
She serves on Anchor’s Employee Engagement Committee, helps train assistant property managers and participates in volunteer initiatives supporting organizations including Toys for Tots, The Salvation Army, MedShare and the Media Food Bank. She is a member of Women in Healthcare.
Maloney has received multiple community excellence awards from the Pennsylvania Apartment Association. At Anchor, she earned internal recognition for her contributions to company culture.
