Ambrose Breaks Ground on Two Facilities at Indianapolis Logistics Park

Ambrose has broken ground on two buildings at the Indianapolis Logistics Park – Northwest, a 104-acre modern industrial park in Whitestown, Indiana, part of Greater Indianapolis.

The two buildings are being developed on a speculative basis and are designed to accommodate a range of industrial uses, totaling approximately 947,000 square feet.

The construction of the properties marks the commencement of the second phase of the park’s master-planned development. This milestone follows the recent disposition of one of the property’s buildings, which is fully leased to a global healthcare services and products company. The park’s other existing buildings are also fully occupied by Safavieh, KattSafe, Royal Interpack and Amazon.

The general contractor on the project is Compass Commercial Construction, with design services provided by Curran Architecture and Kimley-Horn. The Indianapolis-based Colliers International team is managing leasing and marketing for the property. Ambrose has partnered with Fifth Third Bank on the construction loan.
