Anthropologie Selects Bluhawk Retail Plaza for Third Kansas City-Area Store

Bluhawk announced that Anthropologie will join the 277-acre mixed-use destination in summer 2027, marking the retailer’s third Kansas City-area location to date.

Anthropologie is a modern, design-led lifestyle brand, and the store will occupy a prominent location at the heart of Bluhawk. “Anthropologie is a natural fit for Bluhawk as we continue building out the retail offering,” said Kent Price, president of Price Brothers, the developer and manager of Bluhawk. “Its breadth across fashion, home and lifestyle adds another dimension to the experience and complements the national brands taking shape across the project.”

Anthropologie expands Bluhawk’s fashion and lifestyle offering as the destination continues to grow. The brand joins other recently announced tenants at Bluhawk, including L.L.Bean, Barnes & Noble, J.Crew Factory and the newly opened Buckle. Bluhawk is a master-planned development in Overland Park, Kansas, that features a multi-sport and entertainment complex with retail, dining, residential, office, hospitality, healthcare, green space and amenities.
