Bluhawk Announces Eight New Retail Tenants at Kansas MXU Center

Bluhawk, a 277-acre master-planned development in Overland Park, Kansas, announced a new lineup of tenants led by outdoor lifestyle brand L.L.Bean.

The lineup includes L.L.Bean, Spavia Day Spa, JETSET Pilates, Chicken Salad Chick, Brookside Barkery & Bath, Amorino, Everbowl and Bruú Café, with additional tenants to come. “Bluhawk continues to attract best-in-class brands that reflect the project’s strength and the demand we are seeing from both consumers and retailers,” said Kent Price, president of Price Brothers, the developer and manager of Bluhawk.

L.L.Bean’s arrival marks the brand’s return to Kansas City. Amorino, an Italian gelato brand, will make its Kansas City, Kansas, and Missouri debut at Bluhawk. Construction at the complex is progressing following the development’s 2025 groundbreaking, and J.Crew Factory, Buckle and Barnes & Noble are now open.

The project celebrated a hospitality milestone with the May 2026 opening of Holiday Inn Express by IHG, developed and managed by Price Hospitality, and the first of three planned hotels.
