Wind Energy Supplier Inks Lease at Brookshire Industrial Park

Vestas-American Wind Technology leased approximately 131,300 square feet of space at Enterprise Park at Twinwood in Brookshire, Texas. The Class A industrial warehouse and office facility sits on approximately 17 acres and will support Vestas’ spare parts distribution and operations across North America.

JLL’s Louis Rosenthal, Graham Horton, Cayla Wardenburg and Eric Turner represented Vestas-American Wind Technology in the transaction. Bill Gold and Faron Wiley of CBRE represented the landlord, Twinwood Industrial Owner LLC.

Vestas-American Wind Technology is the North American division of Vestas, a leading provider of sustainable energy solutions and one of the world’s largest wind turbine manufacturers. The company designs, manufactures, installs and services wind energy systems. The new Brookshire facility will strengthen Vestas’ spare parts distribution network, allowing the company to better support its growing wind turbine distribution to meet demand for customers throughout the region.
