Entre Commercial Realty Completes Sale of 17K-SF Crystal Lake Retail Building

Entre Commercial Realty announced the sale of a retail and automotive property with additional outdoor storage at 7218 Virginia Rd. in Crystal Lake, Illinois.

The property consisted of a 16,780-square-foot building on 2.71 acres, located in the heart of Crystal Lake. The asset was purchased by a business that plans to use it for automotive repair, auto body, and car sales.

Dmytro Shcherbitskyi from Averta Realty represented the buyer, and Kevin Kaplan, CCIM from Entre Commercial Realty represented the seller in this transaction. The property features 13′-17’9″ ceiling heights and 12 total drive-in doors, giving both sides drive-through capability. The site also has 54 parking spots.
