College Park Adaptive Reuse Project Launches Leasing

Leasing is now underway at The Arbor College Park, an adaptive reuse project delivering modern residential space in College Park, Maryland.

The property features 134 studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments with nearly five acres of green spaces. Located next to the University of Maryland, The Arbor offers walkable access to campus, as well as Baltimore Avenue’s cafés, shops, and entertainment. The property is also well connected to regional transit options, providing access to Washington, D.C., Bethesda and beyond. Leasing and marketing efforts are led by Urban Pace.

“Through adaptive reuse and a strong emphasis on sustainability and resort-style living, we set out to create a building that fosters a sense of community and overall well-being, while contributing thoughtfully to the College Park neighborhood,” said David Kronman, President of Cape Advisors. Cape Advisors is a New York–based real estate firm, and with The Arbor College Park, is now expanding its footprint into the DMV market.
