Cresa Acquires Richmond Office of Boutique Commercial Brokerage Firm

Cresa has acquired the Richmond office of 7 Hills Advisors, a boutique commercial brokerage firm that focuses exclusively on tenant and buyer representation in Central and Southeastern Virginia.

Founder Christina Jeffries and Landon Hinton join the firm as Principals, Ali McCrickard joins as Vice President, and Laura Osborn joins as a Marketing Associate. In addition, Cresa will retain 7 Hills’ Richmond office, located at 503 Libbie Ave. 7 Hills’ Virginia Beach office is not part of the deal and will continue operating independently. 7 Hills helps small, medium, and Fortune 500 companies with lease renewals, acquisitions and new requirements, as well as dispositions, strategic planning, project management, and consulting.

“In our continuing efforts to expand our services and coverage to better serve our clients, we are thrilled to welcome the 7 Hills Richmond team to Cresa,” said Cresa Vice Chairman Tom Birnbach. Cresa also recently announced that its Board of Directors has appointed Ray Anderson as CEO, effective immediately.
