Pinstripes to Open 2nd WA Location at Vulcan’s Lake Union Piers

Vulcan Real Estate has landed a new tenant for its Lake Union Piers, a revitalized retail and entertainment hub in Seattle’s South Lake Union neighborhood. Pinstripes, a unique dining and gaming experience, opened its first location at Vulcan’s retail pavilion at 555 Tower in downtown Bellevue in 2023.

Pinstripes will occupy 18,000 square feet across two buildings, bringing the development to
approximately 95% leased. The bowling and eatery concept is expected to debut next summer.

Lake Union Piers, formerly known as Chandler’s Cove, is a five-acre waterfront property at the southern edge of Lake Union. Vulcan has renovated the complex, which now features dining and entertainment options. Spanning 60,000 square feet across four buildings, Lake Union Piers is being completed in collaboration with The Miller Hull Partnership, Hewitt, and Abbott Construction.

“We’re thrilled to welcome Pinstripes as a centerpiece of entertainment at Lake Union Piers,” said Robert Arron, Senior Director of Marketing and Leasing at Vulcan “Their arrival underscores our commitment to creating a dynamic destination that caters to diverse tastes and occasions.”
