Pinstripes to Debut in Washington at DT Bellevue Location
Pinstripes, An Italian-American restaurant and entertainment concept, will open its first Pacific Northwest location in downtown Bellevue. The Chicago-based company was founded in 2007 and is known for wood-fired pizza, bowling lanes and bocce courts.
The restaurant and bowling alley combo is moving into the retail pavilion at Vulcan Real Estate’s 555 Tower, which is leased by Amazon. The two-level, 21,000-square-foot space is set to open in mid-2024.
“Vulcan Real Estate has constructed an extraordinary iconic jewel box that is designed perfectly for the Pinstripes concept,” Pinstripes founder and CEO Dale Schwartz said in a statement. “Our goal is to create a welcoming venue for the community while also providing a tailored destination for corporate events.” Pinstripes went public earlier this year amid the company’s plans for significant future expansion, which will soon include the state of Washington.
