Menswear Eton Relocates to 381 Park Avenue South
ATCO Properties & Management announced today that Eton Inc., a menswear company, signed a 10-year, 5,000-square-foot lease at 381 Park Avenue South in the Flatiron District. Founded in 1928 in Sweden, Eton specializes in luxury shirts and accessories. They will relocate from 24 West 57th Street in the summer of 2024 to occupy part of the 12th floor.
“With its classic architectural charm, location in the highly desirable Flatiron District, and the exceptional tenant service that we pride ourselves on, the building is an attractive choice for companies like Eton.” said Kate Hemmerdinger Goodman, co-president at ATCO Properties & Management. 381 Park Avenue South has seen recent leasing momentum, including Caudalie Inc. establishing its 14,000-square-foot U.S. headquarters in January. The building offers 228,000 square feet of office space.
Anthony Manginelli of CBRE represented the tenant, and Robert Tunis, Kyle Berlinsky, and Joseph Mangiacotti of Colliers represented building ownership. The asking rent was $62 per square foot.
