In 2022, Joseph Cooper joined SRS Real Estate Partners, traditionally a retail-focused firm, to help the company build an industrial service line. In just a year and a half, Cooper has helped make a name for SRS in the industrial sector and has risen quickly to the top ranks of all SRS brokers. His production numbers in 2023 ranked him in the top 10 of SRS’ top-performing brokers (ranked #7 at year-end amongst 200 brokers nationwide).

In 2023, he brokered 44 lease transactions totaling 1.2 million square feet and 11 sales transactions valued at $47.9 million.

Significant transactions included a 100,000-square-foot lease in Phoenix on behalf of the world’s largest HVAC company, the sale of a 74,000-square-foot building in Garland, TX, arrangements for a 50,000-square-foot build-to-suit in Salisbury, MD and structuring a 46,000-square-foot lease in Midlothian, TX.
