Cushman & Wakefield’s Michael Sessa and Dan Maslauski were among the top office tenant representation brokers in the Midwest and U.S., completing the second-largest and top three of the top 20 largest Chicago-CBD deals. Overall, the team completed 37 transactions on over 1.5 million square feet valued at $550 million.
Notable transactions included a 10-year lease structure and a seven-term extension for the American Medical Association at 330 N. Wabash in Chicago. The team also completed two of the largest headquarters relocations at 320 S. Canal in Chicago’s CBD. The duo also represented CNO Financial in its long-term, 125,000-square-foot headquarters office sublease at 11299 N. Illinois St. (Chicago) and Health Care Service Corp. in a 25,000-square-foot office lease renewal at Arboretum Plaza I & II, 9442 Capital of Texas Hwy. (Austin, TX).
