Cushman & Wakefield Vice Chair Robbie Baty and Executive Director Travis Boothe lead one of the top tenant-advisory teams in Dallas-Fort Worth and the U.S., representing corporate titans, mid-cap growth companies and law firms across the region and the country. The five-person team closed 180 transactions on 2 million square feet of office and industrial space with a transaction value exceeding $470 million in 2023.
Notable 2023 transactions included a 20,000-square-foot consolidated lease on behalf of L&B Realty at Premier Place in Dallas; Oncor Electric Delivery’s build-to-suit distribution hub in Midlothian, TX and Russell Reynolds’ relocation from The Crescent in Dallas’ uptown to Trammel Crow Center’s downtown building.
