Ed Hanley is the president and founder of Hanley Investment Group Real Estate Advisors and a leading expert in selling retail properties nationwide. He has a multi-billion-dollar track record and 30 years of experience. In 2023, he closed 150 deals totaling $746 million.

Notable highlights included selling a new, 2,250-square-foot, freestanding Starbucks-occupied building in Fresno, CA, for $3.2 million. He also completed the $4.95-million sale of a new-construction Chipotle in Sacramento, representing the highest per-square-foot sale of a single-tenant Chipotle drive-through in 2023.

Other transactions included the sale of the first Raising Cane’s in Albuquerque, a transaction of a 24,600-square-foot single-tenant building leased to Planet Fitness in Ventura, CA and the $21.2-million sale of a 74,500-square-foot shopping center in Long Beach, CA.
