Mike Canori is a senior vice president with CBRE Affordable Housing. He specializes in the valuation and disposition of Section 42, Section 8, and mixed-income multifamily assets throughout the United States, where he has participated in the disposition of $6.8 billion in real estate value. He closed $2.1 billion in sales during 2023.
Before becoming an advisor with CBRE Affordable Housing, Canori completed over $750 million in valuations.
Select notable transactions from 2023 include the successful closing of a portfolio consisting of over 12,000 affordable housing units spanning nine states and the sale of a 151-unit property in Chula Vista, CA, where Canori oversaw a market rate to affordable housing preservation execution.
