Fried Frank Relocates Midtown Conference Center 

Fried Frank has moved into its new Midtown Conference Center at 535 Madison Avenue, a Class A office tower in the Plaza District owned by Park Tower Group. The firm occupies 14,375 square feet on the entire 10th floor as part of a 15-year lease.  

The new center, in addition to its Downtown headquarters, offers convenience to Midtown clients. The building is located near shopping, restaurants, hotels, and entertainment venues such as The Polo Bar, The St. Regis New York, and The Museum of Modern Art. China Merchants Bank New York Branch recently renewed its 43,060-square-foot offices lease at the same builing.
