Finmarc Sells NoVA Warehouse for $16M

Finmarc Management, Inc. has sold 8000 Grainger Court, an 88,000-square-foot flex/warehouse building in Springfield, Virginia, to C2 Imaging for $15.9 million. This property was part of an 11-building portfolio totaling 740,000 square feet that Finmarc acquired for $127.5 million from Boston Properties, Inc. in 2022. Wendy Feldman Block of Savills represented the buyer, and Finmarc was self-represented in the transaction.

This sale marks Finmarc’s second disposition from the VA 95 portfolio. C2 Imaging, the new owner, occupies the building entirely and provides corporate branding, print production, and exhibition services. The VA 95 portfolio consists of single-story and two-story buildings near Fort Belvoir. Finmarc plans to purchase an additional $250 million of real estate assets over the next 18 months.

“This sale continues our strategy of disposing certain assets of the VA 95 portfolio when the timing and pricing is appropriate, and deploying the generated funds into emerging acquisition opportunities that we are confident will occur in 2024,” said Finmarc principal Neil Markus.

Connect Industrial Midwest 2024 will take place on March 5, 2024, at Joe’s Live in Rosemont, Illinois. Click here for more information and to register.
