Fashion Retailer SHEIN to Open Office in Downtown Bellevue
SHEIN, a global online fashion and lifestyle retailer, will open a Seattle-area office in downtown Bellevue. The nearly 10,000-square-foot office space at Key Center, a 488,000-square-foot trophy office tower managed by Kilroy Realty, will serve as a hub for SHEIN’s U.S. fulfillment and logistics operations.
“The U.S. is an important market for SHEIN, and we are thrilled to establish a presence in the Seattle area as we continue enhancing our fulfillment process and improving the customer experience,” said Andy Huang, SHEIN’s head of U.S. fulfillment and logistics.
SHEIN anticipates that more than 50 professionals will work from the new space by the end of 2024, in addition to the company’s existing team of more than 1,500 employees across the US. SHEIN joins other companies that are expanding their presence in Bellevue. TikTok, which is owned by parent company ByteDance, is also increasing its downtown footprint, and Skanska signed a long-term lease with Pokemon as an anchor tenant for its mixed-use development, The Eight.
