Wingate by Wyndham Hotel in Schaumburg Changes Hands  

Marcus & Millichap has closed the sale of Wingate by Wyndham Schaumburg, an 81-room hospitality property located in Schaumburg, Illinois.

First VP Ebrahim Valliani and senior associate Michael Klar of Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Oak Brook office, as well as senior managing director Allan Miller and executive managing director Chris Gomes, based in Marcus & Millichap’s Austin and Dallas offices, respectively, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a limited liability company. The team also brokered a previous sale of the hotel in 2022.

Wingate by Wyndham Schaumburg is located at 50 Remington Road. The property is situated off I-90, less than 30 miles from downtown Chicago, close to Schaumburg Convention Center and O’Hare International Airport. The hotel is also near Woodfield Mall, a large shopping destination with retail, restaurants and entertainment, less than one mile away.
