Marcus & Millichap’s Miller-Gomes Team Closes Deal for Schaumburg Midscale Hotel

Marcus & Millichap arranged the sale of Wingate by Wyndham, an 81-room hospitality property in Schaumburg, IL. Terms of the sale weren’t disclosed.

First VP Ebrahim Valliani and associate Michael Klar of Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Oak Brook office, and senior managing director Chris Gomes and SVP Allan Miller, based in Marcus & Millichap’s Dallas and Austin offices, respectively, secured and represented the buyer.

“Effective communication between the buyer, seller, and lender resulted in a seamless escrow period,” Valliani noted. This quick closing is one of the 10 deals we transacted in the span of 45-50 days.”

Wingate by Wyndham is located at 50 Remington Rd. in Schaumburg, less than 15 miles from O’Hare International Airport and 10 minutes from Woodland Mall and LEGOLAND Discovery Center Chicago. The property, an 81-key midscale hotel with an interior corridor, was built in 2002.
