Multifamily Sales Team Joins CBRE in Indianapolis
CBRE welcomed a market-leading multifamily investment sales team to the firm’s Indianapolis office from Cushman & Wakefield. George Tikijian III and Hannah Ott joined as vice chairs, along with Cameron Benz as first vice president.
The team will focus on multifamily investment sales in Indiana and Kentucky with plans to expand into neighboring markets. Since 2019, they have completed more than 200 transactions comprising over 47,000 units and totaling over $5.6 billion in consideration, including brokering the largest multifamily transaction by dollar volume in Indiana at over $245 million.
Tikijian and Ott co-lead the team, with Tikijian rejoining CBRE after serving as executive vice chair of multifamily advisory in the Midwest at his previous firm and as owner of Tikijian Associates. Ott previously served as executive vice chair and has over 22 years of industry experience. Benz previously served as a director and was responsible for leading the sale of Indiana’s first completed BTR transaction.
