Monarch Negotiates Sale of 13-Unit South Shore Apartment Building

Monarch Realty Partners, a Chicago-based multifamily brokerage firm, closed on 7655 S. Yates, a 13-unit apartment building located in the heart of the historic South Shore neighborhood.

Monarch’s team of Robert Berman, Daniel Shabsin, and Jeremy DeMarco represented the decade-long seller in the transaction. “We were able to secure multiple offers from both local and out-of-state investors within weeks of hitting the market,” said Berman.

Earlier this year, Monarch Realty also negotiated the sale of three multifamily properties on Chicago’s South Side, including 8359 S. Aberdeen Street, 618 E. 79th Street, and 735 W. Garfield Boulevard. The firm specializes in the sale of Chicago multifamily and mixed-use properties.
