Monarch Realty Partners arranged the sales of apartment properties in the Auburn Gresham, Chatham and Englewood neighborhoods of Chicago's South Side

Monarch Realty Closes Deals for Three South Side Properties

Monarch Realty Partners, a Chicago-based multifamily brokerage firm, has negotiated the sale of three multifamily properties consisting of 93 units and located on Chicago’s South Side. 

The buildings, located at 8359 S Aberdeen St (Auburn Gresham), 618 E 79th St (Chatham), and 735 W Garfield Blvd (Englewood), sold for a combined $2.38 million. 

Monarch senior director Robert Berman and analyst Rudy Hancock facilitated the transactions on behalf of the private owners.
