Massive Beaumont Industrial Property Breaks Ground
McDonald Property Group and USAA Real Estate have begun construction on a 1.8 million-square-foot distribution center for United Legwear & Apparel Company (ULAC) in Beaumont, CA. City officials and representatives from USAA, McDonald, ULAC, JLL,(who represented the tenant in the lease), CBRE, (who represented the landlord), HPA Architecture and Fullmer Construction Company participated in a groundbreaking ceremony on September 28th.
As reported here in July, ULAC specializes in legwear, bodywear and apparel, maintaining many recognized brands such as Hurley, Champion and Skechers. The facility is located at Phase II of the Crossroads Logistics Center and is scheduled for completion in December of 2024.
“This groundbreaking is a key milestone for the continued growth of United Legwear & Apparel company in the United States,” said ULAC’s Chris Volpe. “This amazing facility will be a catalyst to our commitment to our customers and the community for years to come.”
