RFR’s Claffey Joins Ashkenazy as Leasing Lead
Ashkenazy Acquisition Corporation appointed Jordan S. Claffey as EVP, property leasing and development. Claffey will lead leasing and marketing for Ashkenazy’s portfolio within New York City and the outer boroughs, as well as suburban New York, Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
Before joining Ashkenazy, Claffey was most recently EVP, head of retail, at RFR Realty. In this position he advanced growth of RFR’s retail portfolio in New York, Miami, San Francisco and Seattle. From 2014 through 2019, Claffey executed more than 100 transactions totaling approximately $1.2 billion in value.
