DTZ Leases Up Large Wine Warehouse

A firm that ships wine directly to consumers for various wineries has signed a large industrial lease in Napa where there is a forthcoming business park under construction. DTZ brokered the deal in which Vynapse, which does business as Pack n’ Ship Direct, will enter 226,000 square feet that will house for it a wine warehouse.

Greenwood Business Park, which is being built by New York Life Real Estate Investors, is nearly complete. Vynapse will enter the facility in a few more months after interiors are completed for its needs.

Vynapse is leasing the entire building that makes up Greenwood’s first phase. DTZ is marketing the second phase, which is a 79,000-square-foot facility that will begin construction this summer.
